Eternium Jewelry Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Eternium Jewelry, but we understand that things don’t always work out. Here’s how we handle returns:

  • Return Window: Initiate your return within 60 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt or packing slip.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we recommend processing a new purchase quickly as items may sell out.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive damaged or incomplete items, contact our customer service for assistance.
  • Return Shipping Fee: A $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount unless shipping was paid for by the customer.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing.
  • Payment Method Specific Returns: Items purchased with Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay can only be returned by mail. PayPal purchases can be returned to U.S. stores.

What is Not Returnable:

  • Items not purchased through myeternium.com or official Eternium Stores.
  • Items without original receipts or packing slips.
  • Items with removed tags or missing original packaging.
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
  • Washed or worn items, and used jewelry or accessories like earrings due to hygienic reasons.
  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.
